This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Planning/Administration role with our firm The Legal Administrative coordinator will be responsible for formatting legal documents, providing administrative assistance, supporting attorneys in estate planning and administration tasks, and maintaining client communications. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and filing legal documents, managing schedules, coordinating with clients, and conducting relevant legal research.
Essential Job Functions
- Well-versed in real estate and transactional work
- Format and proofread pleadings, letters, memos, and other documents
- Open and close new matters, including conflicts submissions
- Schedule meetings, arrange for conference rooms and related logistics for meetings.
- Maintain attorney calendars; plan and schedule conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
- Billing tasks.
- Maintain an appropriate filing system for all attorney and client work.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or requested (as needed) by the Office Manager and attorneys.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Legal Documents• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and as a Legal Assistant
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in estate planning and administration is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.17 - $27.90 per hour
