We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Document Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing, organizing, and processing digital documents and data within our cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Review, sort, and process electronic documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Enter, update, and verify data across digital platforms and document management systems.
- Organize digital files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy and completeness of records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors via online communication tools.
- Generate simple reports and summaries from processed data as needed.
- Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks related to document handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry, document control, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other cloud-based platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience with digital filing systems or document management software.
- Prior remote work experience.
- Knowledge of records retention policies and data confidentiality practices.

Pay: $22.10 - $26.61 per hour
