Location: REMOTE (Must be Western US based- NV, AZ, CO or UT)
Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus eligible
Employment Logistics: The Regional Manager of Fleet Maintenance oversees fleet operations across multiple HUBs and branch facilities, ensuring equipment availability, compliance, and performance. This role manages internal maintenance teams and external vendors, coordinates trailer movements, and supports local operations with fleet-related needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining DOT compliance, resolving vendor-related financial issues, and recommending equipment levels to support business continuity and growth.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–8 years of experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, or logistics operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors
- Strong understanding of DOT equipment compliance and maintenance standards
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Your Mission in Motion:
- Lead Shop Managers and technicians, ensuring timely scheduled and emergency maintenance through internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain DOT compliance across all fleet assets and manage accident recovery processes throughout the region.
- Partner with equipment vendors to fulfill requests for new equipment or returns, and recommend optimal equipment levels for assigned facilities.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve financial issues with maintenance vendors and carriers.
- Support HUB and branch managers with fleet, yard, and operational challenges, while identifying and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee fleet operations across HUBs and branch facilities, managing rolling stock levels and coordinating trailer movements to support operational needs.
