We’re seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our senior leadership team. This role is critical in keeping our executives focused, efficient, and informed as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Support: Attend all meetings, capture detailed notes, and translate discussions into clear, actionable tasks. Ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for two senior executives, coordinate internal and external meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts with speed and professionalism.
- Task Management: Monitor priorities, track progress, and proactively follow up on deadlines to keep projects moving forward.
- Logistics & Coordination: Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and calls.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Strong attention to detail—able to catch errors, anticipate needs, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in a remote setting and skilled at staying connected and responsive.
