As we expand globally, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and serve as a central point of coordination across calendars, logistics, communications, and systems.
You will bring a high level of administrative precision, discretion, and calm under pressure, helping leadership stay focused, prepared, and effective. You’ll work across time zones, handle sensitive information, and manage tasks with clarity and pace.
This is a role for someone who’s done this before and done it well. We’re looking for 5–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, high-trust environments.
What You’ll Own
- Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars for the CEO and executive team
- Schedule internal meetings, external calls, and stakeholder briefings
- Book and manage all travel, accommodation, and itinerary needs
- Draft agendas, track action items, and send follow-ups for key meetings
- Manage internal trackers, team updates, and leadership to-dos
- Own scheduling, deadline coordination, and logistics for projects
- Act as power user of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Maintain organized digital systems and shared folders
- Prepare materials (decks, reports, summaries) for internal and external use
- Coordinate touchpoints with Members, partners, and funders
- Help prepare leadership for key meetings with briefs, bios, and agendas
- Support internal retreats, planning sessions, and executive events
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proven ability to manage calendars, logistics, and communication at a senior level
- Expert-level fluency in Google Workspace (G Suite), ClickUp and Notion
- Clear, concise, and professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Sharp prioritization and time management under fast-moving conditions
- High emotional intelligence and excellent judgment
- Experience in philanthropy, faith-based orgs, or global networks

Pay: From $12,000.00 per year
