Experience
Candidates should possess a combination of relevant experience that may include:
- Previous office management or administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and customer support.
- Experience in roles such as dental receptionist or a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Knowledge of Thryv or HouseCallPro is a bonus!
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
