Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping as needed.
Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various office tasks, including typing correspondence and creating presentations.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive to productivity.

Experience
Candidates should possess a combination of relevant experience that may include:

Previous office management or administrative experience in a professional setting.
Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and customer support.
Experience in roles such as dental receptionist or a medical receptionist is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Knowledge of Thryv or HouseCallPro is a bonus!
