We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to join a high-performing administrative support team. This role involves providing remote support to multiple executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling expense reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote high-volume calendaring, travel, and expense support
- Manage complex calendars for multiple clients across time zones
- Schedule internal and external meetings, recurring and ad-hoc sessions
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements via Concur
- Prepare and submit corporate card expense reports
- Maintain program scope of support within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate program goals, scope, and SLAs to clients
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals for meeting coordination and coverage
- Draft and send communications regarding transitions or changes in support
- Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices across the global admin team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume coordination
- 3+ years of experience supporting 2 or more executives
- 3+ years of experience managing calendars for multiple executives
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Concur (or similar tools)
- Strong judgment and discretion in applying company policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting 3+ executives simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with top-tier organizations or fast-paced environments

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
