Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main connection between our technicians and our customers. You’ll manage customer communications, recommend necessary repairs and services, and ensure technicians have clear instructions and schedules. This is a remote role, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding vehicle service needs.
- Build trust by clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare repair orders and relay accurate details to technicians.
- Review work completed by technicians and communicate results to customers.
- Provide estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
- Coordinate scheduling of services and repairs.
- Manage follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work performed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Rep, or related automotive role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
