Job Title: Executive Assistant (Fully Remote, Texas Preferred)
Location: Remote (Preference for Candidates in Texas, occasional "quarterly" in person meetings)
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to their executive leadership.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is fully remote but requires someone who is highly responsive, able to work across multiple time zones, and comfortable handling sensitive and high-level responsibilities with discretion. Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Texas, with a strong preference for those in the Dallas area who can occasionally attend in-person meetings or company events. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in the tech industry, thrives in ambiguity, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a strategic partner, anticipating executive needs and proactively addressing them.
- Manage complex scheduling and prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
- Prepare and organize executive-level reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor calls, and executive team offsites, including agenda preparation, logistics, and document distribution.
- Handle expense reports, procurement, and budget tracking related to executive operations.
- Assist with special projects, research, and operational improvements as needed.
- Uphold a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and handle complex scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional correspondence and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Preference for candidates based in Texas
