Summary: The Coordinator will support the SVP, Operations and the VP, 125 Operations with the growth and development of the WTA 125 Tour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative support: Assist in various aspects of 40+ WTA 125 events, including approval process, implementation and onboarding processes, new tournament orientation sessions, documentation and updating forms, ongoing event administration, pre-event operations and post-event support where needed. Responsibilities to include:
- Tracking and documentation of application process, required forms, draft agreements, agreement amendments, application payments, and WTA event history
- Assist in coordinating site visits (virtual and/or in-person) and follow up on applicant requirements.
- Documentation and administration of approval process, approval letters, signed agreements, agreement extensions, fully executed agreements, financial payments, and Tournament Director forms.
- New Tournament Orientation materials and meeting organization; securing and working with staff from various departments to participate.
- Assist in coordinating Standards Committee meetings, documentation, and administrative follow-up on Standards Committee outcomes.
- Assist in RFP process for new events, documentation, and organization of applicants.
- Scheduling meetings with staff and promoters and follow up on promoter requests.
- Assist with Bi-weekly staff meeting; updating charts, responsible for meeting minutes.
- Support in ongoing event administration, Change Forms, drafting letters as needed.
- Industry research and support in identifying potential new venues and promoters.
- Content organization for presentation/reporting purposes and other deliverables.
- Support of Special Projects for various elements of WTA 125 growth and development.
(i.e. work with IT and web team on 125 content for website, social media promotion, marketing)
- Provide additional pre and post event support as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- A minimum of one (1) year of related experience
- Experience in international sports or events; tennis industry experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Position Type/Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday; some weekend work may be required.
