We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist with budgeting processes and account analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support tax preparation and compliance efforts by gathering necessary documentation.
Manage corporate accounting tasks, including accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of debits and credits, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key financial metrics.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Assist in the implementation of financial software tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a finance or accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, account analysis, tax regulations, and corporate accounting practices.
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and general ledger reconciliation techniques.
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.32 - $20.61 per hour
