Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Dr.Pompa. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and coordinating schedules. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company at the forefront of the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, handling logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Perform special projects as assigned by executives to support organizational goals and priorities.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting professional correspondence and presentations.
- Proficient in Google and other productivity tools; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and takes initiative.

Compensation Range:
$65-75k
