Senior Member Marketing Manager
Lantern is seeking a Sr. Member Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that directly impact member awareness, engagement and retention for assigned book of business (BoB) in the Strategic account client tier. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to translate these into actionable marketing plans, and the expertise to execute and optimize campaigns that enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
- Continually evaluate member engagement across your assigned BoB and collaborate with client success managers to understand client needs, creating tailored marketing strategies that support client objectives and boost member engagement.
- Develop custom marketing strategies for priority clients who are not meeting engagement goals, coordinating with Brand and Content teams to produce necessary marketing materials.
- Work closely with the client success team to align on goals, ensure effective execution of marketing strategies, and coordinate member events, including the delivery of event kits and attending events when necessary.
- During client implementation, meet with clients to understand member demographics and communication preferences, and design and deploy a marketing launch strategy to increase member awareness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, available to meet with clients to present annual engagement strategies and targeted marketing programs when needed.
- Ensure campaign approvals are accurately recorded in Salesforce and collaborate with the marketing operations and targeted marketing teams to successfully deploy campaigns.
- Provide client success managers with the necessary resources from the employer playbook and communications library, offering training when appropriate to ensure effective client engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make adjustments and optimize outcomes.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients, building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience in campaign development required.
- Experience in content writing preferred.
- Experience in a leadership/mentorship role preferred.
- Experience in start-up environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading large, complex initiatives.
- No certifications or licenses required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sit for long periods of time.
