YOU’LL BE
Part of the Managed Services crew, reporting to the Program Manager, helping build and execute go-to-market plans for third-party video game publishers matching product beats with store marketing channels. The role will specialize in relationship management of designated accounts and play a crucial role in project managing the associated beats of each new product in their queue. Your role will include coordinating with publishers to become an expert in your products’ commercial performance, collecting asset information, and scheduling beats in various tracking tools. The role will be required to adapt messaging to meet marketing beat objectives and be an expert in go-to-market plans from your accounts.
- Building and growing marketing relationships with our clients’ publishing partners by developing go-to-market plans, negotiating strategic offers, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Managing the thrilling journey (minus the in-flight snacks) of product life cycles (announcement to post-launch) and optimizing product beats, making the most of our client-owned marketing channels.
- Planning and scheduling marketing campaigns that’ll turn heads by collaborating with our merchandising, social, PLM, and blog teams to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine
- Coordinating promotional activities with publishers and identifying opportunities to run discounts or sales campaigns. You’ll work closely with our promotions team to devise strategies to keep the competition on their toes.
- Ensuring timely execution of marketing channel launches by overseeing copywriting, collecting and coordinating marketing assets with publishers, creating internal JIRA/Asana tickets to track key product beats, and managing release schedules, like a master puppeteer, but with fewer strings and more spreadsheets.
- Collaborating with our clients’ various departments (Biz-Dev, Store Ops, Ecom, Legal, etc) to create synergies and align business strategies.
- Analyzing the impact of marketing campaigns and broader publishing events on player acquisition, engagement, and business KPIs. You will also monitor product performance, and optimize campaigns based on key metrics. You’ll be the sage providing feedback to help our external accounts shine, and when it's time to share best practices and post-mortem analyses, you’ll be ready to drop some knowledge bombs.
