Job Title: Volunteer Executive Assistant

Mothers Against Addiction is a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting mothers and families impacted by addiction. Through advocacy, resources, and emotional support, we empower families to overcome challenges and rebuild their lives with resilience and hope.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day operations, enabling us to further our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, fundraisers, and special projects.
- Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables with team members.
- Document Management:
- Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and documents.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- General Support:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide support for operational and administrative tasks to ensure organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
