Position Title: Real Estate & Mortgage Loan Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Diamond Bar, California (Remote option available for qualified candidates)

With over $100 million in transactions completed in the past three years, we are seeking a highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented assistant to streamline our operations.
Job Responsibilities
Real Estate Support
- Prepare and organize real estate contracts and disclosures (e.g., CAR and AIR forms).
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and client meetings.
- Manage property marketing, including listings on MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, AIR, and social media platforms.
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including WeChat and Line, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Track and manage transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Mortgage Loan Processing Support
- Collect and organize loan application documentation.
- Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and underwriters to move loans through the pipeline.
- Review and ensure compliance with California mortgage lending regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients.
Marketing Support
- Manage and update property listings on platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, and AIR.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote listings and company brand.
- Create engaging content for various social media channels.
- Communicate with clients and post marketing content using WeChat and Line to engage with a broader audience.
- Analyze marketing metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, emails, and follow-ups for the team.
- Maintain client databases using CRM tools.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and take initiative in the absence of direct assignments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, mortgage processing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with listing platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, AIR, and MLS.
- Experience with CAR and AIR forms, and California real estate transaction processes.
- Proficient in tools like ZipForms, DocuSign, and CRM platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple deals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in using WeChat and Line for client communication and marketing purposes.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively identify tasks without direct supervision.
- (Preferred) Licensed Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Loan Originator in California.
- (Preferred) Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
