- Annual compensation: $115,000 – 145,000, plus bonus potential.
Position Overview: The Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis supports various business areas through financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, financial modeling and reporting to facilitate financial management decision making and future business strategies. The position is responsible for preparing, analyzing and reporting financial and operational information to management and others within the organization on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation of clinic and corporate budgets, rolling forecasts and reporting packages to measure progress towards those budgeted goals. Monitors KPIs tied to strategic goals, as well as evaluation of team performance against these metrics.
- Maintains ongoing analysis involving core business drivers, clinical FTEs, referrals, intakes, visits, and rates. Reports findings to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Maintains monthly budget and prior period vs. actual analysis. Partners with Accounting in the close process and proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and ensure proper coding of expenses.
- Completes the monthly consolidated financial reporting packages for various audiences and provide insights and detail to appropriate leaders.
- Works closely in coordination with the Company’s data team to ensure financial and KPI reporting within the Company’s business analytics tool (Microsoft BI) is accurate and helpful to Company leadership. Assists CFO and financial organization with automating certain reports through the analytics tool for faster consolidation and dissemination to the team.
- Assists in debt covenant reporting and completes ad hoc analysis that help drive key business decisions related to capital structure and outside capital partners.
- Provides ad-hoc analytical support to the CFO and other leadership team members to assess key business and strategy decisions to help drive continuous improvement to business operations and results.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Economics required. Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred (CPA, Masters, CFA).
- Minimum of four years of financial analysis or similar experience required.
- Prior finance experience in the healthcare industry and in consulting, private equity, M&A, or in fast-paced mid-sized companies preferred.
- Prior experience with Net Suite and/or Microsoft BI preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
