What You'll Do...
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is project-driven and requires a strategic thinker who can create and independently maintain valuation and other financial models, as well as manage and coach a team of analysts and provide critical support to business partners. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing processes and procedures, ensuring the consistent application of these processes, and developing, monitoring, and partnering with key stakeholders to manage LOB budgets. Additionally, the role requires someone who can understand variances, challenge the status quo and drive process efficiencies and identify save opportunities.
Day to day, you'll..
- Build and maintain financial models
- Conduct valuation modeling and business case analysis
- Perform cost benefit analysis and present business cases to stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify historical trends, create benchmarks and other tasks as assigned
- Set budgets and partner with stakeholders to manage spend and review variances
- Manage financial processes and procedures
- Identify efficiencies, cost-savings and best practices
- Monitor project status and team performance
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team members
- Perform ad hoc project work as needed
What You'll Bring To The Team...
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
- 6-8 years Minimum related work experience

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
