Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments for towing and roadside assistance services
- Dispatch drivers to each appointment and ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain and update our scheduling system with accurate information
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns
- Develop effective scheduling strategies and optimize resources
- Ensure all appointments are completed within designated time frames
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and issues
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using scheduling software and relevant tools
- Effective problem-solving and task prioritization skills
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Familiarity with the towing industry is a plus
