Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to schedule appointments for towing and roadside assistance services
Dispatch drivers to each appointment and ensure timely arrivals
Maintain and update our scheduling system with accurate information
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns
Develop effective scheduling strategies and optimize resources
Ensure all appointments are completed within designated time frames
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and issues
Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of scheduling or administrative experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using scheduling software and relevant tools
Effective problem-solving and task prioritization skills
Proven track record of exceptional customer service
Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Familiarity with the towing industry is a plus
