Lead Freelance Graphic Designer
We are seeking a Lead Freelance Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing agency specializing in creating innovative branding solutions for various clients. As a Lead Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of client projects, from concept development to final execution. Your creative expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visual elements for client projects, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website layouts
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines
- Manage a team of freelance graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance overall project quality
- Ensure all design work is of the highest quality, meets client expectations, and is delivered on time
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Expertise in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
