We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to play a pivotal role in delivering dynamic, engaging content that inspires action. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop content driven by data and culture that align with business objectives and not only stop thumbs but also drive meaningful connections with the audience(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a diverse range of clients and projects.
- Collaborate with the creative strategy team to develop concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate our clients' messages and ladder back to the client goals, target demographics, and campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and social media marketing to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Optimize motion graphics for various social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, understanding the unique requirements and user behaviors associated with each.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to elevate our creative output and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our agency's reputation as a leader in digital design and storytelling.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the agency.
Skills for Motion Designers:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical proficiency, and understanding of motion design principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong use of kinetic typography and layout design to translate brand guidelines into dynamic content.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and animation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving client needs and project requirements.
