Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers who will be calling in seeking service on their exercise equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to schedule jobs in a online calendar. The position is work from home 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, enter customer information into the POS system, schedule jobs, take messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks ensuring accuracy of information and details.
- Maintain and organize required documents and notes during data entry.
- Schedule jobs using the online calendar and coordinate team members to ensure the right technician is sent to the job.
- Reveiw jobs to insure parts have been ordered. Follow up on part orders.
- Support technicians by ordering parts and supplies and scheduling service appointments.
- Provide personal assistant support to owner as needed (on site).
Skills
- Experience as a receptionist and scheduler is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with email, MS Office, Word, Excel and other common software.
- Competence in calendar management for scheduling appointments effectively.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation and communication.

Pay: $16.61 - $17.71 per hour
