Responsibilities
- Work with a team to provide Level 2 Technical Support and maintenance for managed service customers for desktop.
- Communicate with end users as well as customer decision makers for onboarding and projects.
- Create detailed documentation both through ServiceNow ticketing system and internal knowledge base to expedite future ticket resolution and further streamline department performance.
- Manage customer electronics inventory and support in accordance with HIPAA regulations as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Support Technician.
- 2+ years Azure/Intune/Autopilot experience.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Unified management platform (NCentral) and cloud-based security platform (Crowdstrike) experience.
- Advanced understanding of Windows 10 OS.
- Mac OSX experience a plus.
- Experience with business applications required.
- Excellent communication skills and White Glove Service experience is a must.
- Ability to keep time logs and document technical issues, both in tickets and in knowledgebase articles.
- Must be able to professionally communicate in a technical and non-technical manner to clients.
