Opportunity
Our business is growing every year and to aid in that growth we are on the hunt for a top-notch partner to serve as an extension of our partners, taking on candidate scheduling and tracking responsibilities so that they can focus on serving our clients. This role will support three to four partners and collaborate with our amazing EA/operations team.
Role Overview
Support the partners in all administrative functions including both basic and strategic calendaring, candidate and client tracking, event and travel coordination.
- Full life cycle candidate scheduling across multiple partners/clients
- Stay abreast of our client's expectations and strategically manage timing for all candidate and client meetings
- Track internal candidate activity from outreach to scheduling
- Track external candidate activity from introduction to offer
- Collaborate regularly with the Chief of Staff and EA team to contribute to the success of events and special projects including our client appreciation program
Ideal profile

- Exceptional administrative and coordination skills with a proven track record of maintaining and tracking a high volume of information, data or logistics
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to accurately track and report on the work you are responsible for
- Confidence being independently proactive to ensure you are making calls on behalf of our partners while flagging high-priority concerns before they become issues
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications
- Ability to professionally communicate with all seniority of stakeholders
- An optimistic and humble approach to work and life
- Availability and excitement to handle some outside-of-normal business hours activities (high priorities only)
- Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) a plus!
Minimum Qualifications
- A four year college degree is preferred
- 5+ years providing high volume administrative support (in a recruitment or executive search function a plus!)
