Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team in executing and managing various online marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and be well-versed in social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build community.
- Analyze social media performance using metrics and prepare reports for review.
Content Creation:
- Assist in writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Create and manage visual content (graphics, videos, infographics) in collaboration with design tools or team members.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending email campaigns through tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Monitor email campaign performance, such as open rates and click-through rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
SEO and Website Updates:
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize website content and blog posts.
- Update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) as needed.
- Track and analyze website traffic through Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Ad Campaign Support:
- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and report results to ensure ROI optimization.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with research tasks, competitor analysis, and market trend reporting.
- Coordinate with other team members and handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, and WordPress.
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
