As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, enhancing communication among departments, and ensuring that our front office runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
Job Description:
- Managing office tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and processing correspondence
- Assisting with client communications and coordinating appointments
- Providing support for marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary
- Assisting with payroll and employee onboarding processes
- Facilitating team meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes

Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexibility for part-time hours available
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- History of punctuality, good attendance, and reliability
- Must be adaptable and willing to assist in various tasks as needed
