Position Overview:
As the Senior National Sales Manager, you will oversee national sales efforts, build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, and energize cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This role involves frequent travel to ensure their locations are optimized for success.
You’ll be instrumental in driving strategy, developing sales talent, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth across our clients showrooms and distribution channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals for sustained market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage national and regional sales forecasts accurately.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Lead, mentor, and energize field sales representatives and regional sales managers.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage idea sharing and team cohesion.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance) to streamline demand planning, promotions, and financial tracking.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure superior service delivery.
- Conduct needs assessments to align products and services with client goals.
Merchandising & Training
- Oversee showroom merchandising and ensure optimal product display alignment.
- Train sales associates on product offerings and industry trends.
- Regularly evaluate and update marketing materials to reflect current market demands.
Travel & Field Presence
- Travel frequently to showrooms and other professional locations nationwide.
- Provide actionable feedback to senior management on regional sales performance and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving sales growth across multiple channels, including showrooms and e-commerce.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (C4C or similar), Microsoft BI, and Sales Analytics Cloud.

Preferred/Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
