We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (Full-Time) to join our Global Creator team and build on our work of delivering world-class service to entertainment studios.
Job Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager is a key role within our creative agency and is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. This position requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The Influencer Marketing Manager will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to enhance brand visibility, generate buzz, and drive engagement for our clients.
About you
- Positive, upbeat, creative, collaborative, energetic and deeply passionate about all things film and entertainment.
- You have 3-5 years of entertainment experience in influencer marketing, with experience working with film and TV studios an advantage.
- Incredible attention to detail, excellent written, organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and confident with a deep knowledge of influencer marketing practices.
- Lead and strategize campaigns and teams with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent influencer and talent rep contacts with whom you have cemented relationships with that have resulted in successful campaigns.
The Role
- Research, identify, and evaluate relevant influencers aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships and secure collaboration opportunities.
- Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers, managing content creation, and tracking campaign performance.
- Create and understand contracts with the influencers and lead on redline changes.
- Monitor influencer industry trends and emerging platforms to stay up-to-date with influencer marketing best practices.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and the budget is accurately tracked and influencer payments are paid in a timely manner.
- Facilitate partnerships and collaborations between influencers, clients, and other brands to drive cross-promotion opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content ideas and campaigns that align with client goals and contribute out-of-the-box thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure brand messaging and standards are met.
- Lead brainstorms and support the Creator Marketing & PR Director (US)/VP, Creator Marketing in creating/presenting/submitting pitch decks.
Creator Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize performance and ROI.
Client Relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the campaign process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and social teams, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as creators and talent agencies.
Other
- Ensure a fun, respectful environment while keeping the team inspired and motivated
- Work daily with the Creator team to prioritize and delegate work while offering guidance, direction and support
- Lead by example in adopting office and business management processes
- Represent the company at trade and industry events
- Deliver against key competencies and agreed S.M.A.R.T. objectives
- Carry out any training identified by your manager
