What You'll Do::
The IT Administrative Assistant ensures our IT team and technology processes at Arizona College of Nursing run smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role handles multiple priorities including project coordination, technical support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Team Support:
- Organize and manage the IT team’s schedules, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and share meeting agendas, minutes, and essential documents.
- Keep IT department files, records, and databases up to date and well-organized.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with IT project planning and tracking, including timelines, task assignments, and progress updates.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the College has everything needed to keep the IT infrastructure running smoothly.
- Track and create efficiencies with IT equipment inventory, supplies, and software licenses.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create, update, and organize IT documentation, including user guides and training materials that help our team and users succeed.
- Generate reports on IT activities, asset management, and project status.
- Communication:
- Respond promptly and provide first point of contact feedback to people inquiring about IT related items, internally and externally.
- Work closely with team members, vendors, and other departments to facilitate information sharing and problem resolution.
- Technical Support:
- Help colleagues resolve everyday tech problems by providing basic technical support to staff, including troubleshooting.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and deactivating user accounts to ensure seamless transitions.

What We Need From You::
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must have:
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an administrative, customer service, or operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to convey information effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Project and time management skills that enable the accomplishment of multiple priorities on a concurrent basis.
Critical thinking skills (uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.)
