We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent Administrative Assistant to support the North America Associate Brand Manager with administrative duties. This is a great supportive role with exposure to retail, sales, distribution and logistics.

Location: New York, NY (Tri-State Area)
Position: Remote* & Part-Time**
•*Periodic in-person meetings with the team in the NYC area

Salary: $25/hr paid monthly
Job Responsibilities include assisting with Brand Management duties including, but not limited to:
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Associate Brand Manager’s activities including but not limited to:
o Filling out forms
o Gathering documentation needed for Retailer Chargebacks
o Coding & filing Invoices
o Preparing & sending out packages
o Determining the best low-cost vendors
o Some invoicing, and checking invoices raised.
o Troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Supporting the Associate Brand Manager in organizing various projects
• Assisting in formatting and selecting marketing imagery for promotional purposes
• Inputting and Analyzing sales data across multiple retailers
• Updating spreadsheets and inventories regularly
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents and presentations across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Assisting in the organizing of promotional events and retailer visits
• Communicating to the Australia Head Office Accounts team on required documents.
• Review receiving notifications from our warehouse and make sure quantities match in our system
• Evaluating potential retailers through FAIRE and other avenues
• Check costs at the end of each month to make sure they match our price list
• Process repacking jobs including instructions, labels, and ensuring completion
• Other reasonable duties that arise within the company.
Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably skincare or cosmetics
• Detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, with extra emphasis on Excel, Google with the ability to learn new applications quickly
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Resourcefulness and creativity to accomplish tasks
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Located in the NYC area
