Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. Duties
- Posting properties on facebook marketplace and other rental sites to attract potential buyers
- Engage with interested renters and relay there contact details to managment for proper follow up
- Handle rental inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to important information. .
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette while managing calls and messages effectively.
- Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning virtual workspace.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
Experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration.
- Experience in calendar management and office administration will be beneficial.
