Remote Sales Associate (Lead Manager)
Location: Remote (Colombia)
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month base + performance bonuses ($2,000-$3,000+ monthly earning potential)
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company seeking a motivated, English-speaking Lead Manager to handle inbound and outbound seller leads.
Responsibilities
- Call and text WARM leads daily from our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Qualify motivated property sellers
- Schedule appointments for our acquisitions manager
- Maintain accurate CRM notes
- Meet daily call, text, and follow-up KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and texts
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Sales or real estate experience preferred
