This is not a "manage campaigns and report back" job. This is a client-facing, outcome-owning role for someone who genuinely knows Google Ads inside and out.

- You have 2+ years running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, or YouTube)
- You've driven real results in eCommerce conversion or lead generation, not brand awareness
- Your English is fluent, professional, and confident. You'll be writing to and speaking with clients directly.
- You actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of your daily workflow, not as a novelty

What you'll own
- Build and run full-funnel Google Ads strategies across multiple client accounts (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube)
- Structure campaigns properly from the ground up: keyword architecture, bidding strategies, audience layering, creative testing
- Launch, optimize, and scale with a clear focus on CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact
- Monitor performance daily and make decisions quickly
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports directly to clients, written in clear, professional English
- Communicate results and recommendations with confidence on client calls
- Use AI tools as a genuine productivity layer in your daily work
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search and Shopping are non-negotiable; PMax, YouTube, and Display are a strong plus)
- Proven results in eCommerce or lead generation, not awareness campaigns
- Fluent, professional English. Written and spoken. This is a hard requirement.
- Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV and how to actually move those numbers
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing focus
- Meta Ads experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Fully remote. You report to leadership, own your accounts, and move fast. No bureaucracy. High autonomy. You'll be challenged, you'll learn, and your results will speak for themselves.

Pay: ₡700,000.00 - ₡1,400,000.00 per month
