About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Creative Specialist who can support a fast-paced direct response marketing team by quickly producing high-quality marketing assets using strong design instincts, AI tools, and performance marketing best practices.
This is not a traditional graphic designer role focused on custom artwork from scratch. We are looking for someone who can move fast, use modern AI-assisted workflows, and create marketing materials that help drive leads, sales, and conversions.
The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, understands marketing goals, and can create clean, effective assets without needing heavy direction.
What You’ll Create
- Landing page graphics and layouts
- Digital ads for paid media campaigns
- Email graphics and promotional assets
- Sales collateral and simple presentation materials
- Social media graphics and campaign visuals
- Creative variations for testing different hooks, offers, and messages
What You’ll Do
AI-Assisted Creative Production
- Use AI tools to speed up creative development and asset production
- Create multiple design variations quickly for testing
- Improve templates, workflows, and creative processes over time
- Turn marketing direction into usable creative assets quickly
Direct Response & Performance Marketing Support
- Design with conversion goals in mind, not just aesthetics
- Support lead generation, e-commerce, financial services, or other performance marketing campaigns
- Create assets that support clear calls-to-action and campaign objectives
- Adjust creative based on performance feedback and marketing priorities
Design Execution
- Create clean, professional assets using tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials
- Produce fast-turnaround graphics for campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team members to execute creative requests efficiently
Required Experience
- Experience creating marketing graphics, ads, landing page assets, or sales collateral
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows
- Strong design instincts, especially layout, hierarchy, and readability
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance marketing or direct response campaigns
- Experience in lead generation, financial services, e-commerce, coaching, or online education
- Basic understanding of landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Experience creating ad variations for A/B testing
- Copywriting instincts for hooks, headlines, and CTAs

Practical Test Assignment
