Job Description:
We are a fast growing marketing agency that works with mortgage brokers across the U.S to help them generate more clients. We are currently hiring full time appointment setters to join our team.
Your role will be to call leads, start conversations, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high activity role that requires someone who is comfortable making a large number of calls every day.
We are looking for someone who is hungry, reliable, and ready to work. If you have strong communication skills and are willing to put in the hours, there is a lot of room to grow with our company.
What You'll Do
- Call leads and start conversations with potential clients
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for our sales team
- Follow simple scripts and keep conversations natural
- Make a high number of dials each day
- Update call outcomes in the CRM
Requirements
- Fluent English with clear communication
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours daily
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
- Sales or call center experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- Base salary
- High commission per appointment
