Our client is looking for a competitive, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote outbound sales team. In this role, you will be the tip of the spear—outreaching to prospective leads, qualifying their needs, and setting up high-value opportunities for the Licensed Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute 100+ outbound touchpoints per day via phone calls, emails, and text messages to prospective leads.
- Lead Qualification: Converse with RV owners, fleet managers, and peer-to-peer marketplace users to understand their pain points and qualify them for Roamly’s specialized insurance products.
- Pipeline Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery calls and meetings for our Account Executive team, consistently hitting or exceeding monthly quota targets.
- CRM Cleanliness: Meticulously track and manage all prospect interactions in Close.io to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Roamly’s unique insurance offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to handle objections smoothly
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- - 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or lead generation role- Proven experience selling in the US market- Experience in a high-velocity outbound environment (100+ daily interactions), actively sourcing, qualifying, and working leads through the pipeline
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can build rapport quickly and clearly explain complex ideas over the phone or email
- Resilience & Drive: A thick skin and a positive attitude. You view "no" as just a stepping stone to the next "yes."
- Remote Autonomy: Proven ability to manage your time effectively, stay disciplined, and maintain high productivity working completely from home.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Slack).
Preferred / Nice to have skills:
- Experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or InsurTech is a major plus.
- Experience with Close CRM

- Engagement: Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Bonuses / incentives: Includes a performance-based bonus structure
