Currently, we are looking to hire a qualified Data Entry Specialist. This is a remote, full-time freelance position.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Creating engaging textual content for video materials, including titles, tags, and category classifications
- Editing visuals, such as images and thumbnails to ensure high quality and compliance with company standards
- Conducting research on video websites in accordance with the company's guidelines
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of video websites by adding and updating entries regularly
- Verifying that all data entered into the database is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Regularly reviewing and cleaning the database to remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information
- Maintaining open communication with supervisors to ensure deadlines are met and any content or technical issues are addressed promptly
- Staying informed about new trends to ensure the website portfolio remains current and appealing to target audiences
What To Bring
- Proficient in English language communication (especially written)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheet, Drive, etc.)
- Strong research skills
- Diligent and dedicated work ethic
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately while adhering to time constraints
- Capable of sitting 8 hours or more behind the computer
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and with a productivity tracking tool such as Time Doctor
- Computer equipped with a minimum Intel i7 processor and 16GB of RAM
