About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Remote Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will contact potential customers in the United States, identify business opportunities within the real estate market, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in sales, telemarketing, or call centers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls in English to potential clients in the United States
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Identify business opportunities within the real estate industry
- Record call information and outcomes accurately in the system
- Meet daily and monthly productivity goals
- Maintain professional communication with prospects
Schedule
Venezuela Time
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Major U.S. holidays off
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $300 USD per month and a salary increase after third month
- Monthly productivity bonuses
- Commissions per lead generated
- Paid training: $100 USD
- Payment methods: Zelle or PayPal

Requirements
- English level: B2+ / C1 (advanced, fluent, professional, or native)
- Previous experience in cold calling, telephone sales, telemarketing, or call centers
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Full-time availability
- High school diploma or higher
- Must reside in Caracas, Venezuela
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or PC with at least 8 GB RAM
- Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet) with minimum 40 Mbps
- Headset with microphone
- UPS or backup power supply (required)
- Backup internet and electricity options
