In this role, you’ll help bring clarity to our numbers and use insights from analytics and day-to-day operations to uncover opportunities, keep the team aligned around what matters most, and support meaningful improvements across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to prioritize initiatives based on data
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
- Track progress against KPIs and ensure accountability
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Keep the team focused on key metrics and targets
- Facilitate weekly/monthly performance reviews
- Help create a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies in patient experience and internal workflows
- Design and implement systems to improve performance
- Collaborate with front desk, clinical, and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Track clinic performance and key KPIs
- Highly proactive and execution-focused
- Comfortable working directly with a CEO in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Clear communicator who can influence and align a team
- High level of English

- Experience in healthcare, dental, or patient services
- Familiarity with CRMs or patient management systems
- Background in operations, consulting, or growth roles
