Outcomes:
In this role, you will bring:
- Campaign Execution – 100 % of promotions, product drops, and seasonal offers go live on schedule and error‑free.
- Landing and Product Page Support – Help build and publish landing and product pages using page builders based on provided wireframes.
- Site Quality & Consistency – Maintain a pixel‑perfect, mobile‑first experience across priority pages by identifying and fixing issues before they reach customers.
- CRO & UX Support – Assist in executing A/B tests focusing page hierarchy, usability, messaging, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution
- Update homepage messaging and creative, change promotional banners, and schedule announcement bars according to the campaign calendar.
- Build any product collections needed for campaigns
- Coordinate timely creative asset hand‑off with Creative Team
- Run QA on desktop & mobile and raise any issues or inconstancies in user experience
- Landing Page & PDP Creation
- Create pages in Shopify using page builder according to provided wireframes (no heavy coding required but a high attention to design detail is required)
- Apply a high attention to detail to meet brand standards, including an optimal mobile and desktop experience for the customer
- UX/UI Collaboration
- Audit websites regularly and suggest UX tweaks that improve ease‑of‑use and customer conversion rate
- Use analytics tools to track key points of interest on the website
- Ability to understand heatmaps and/or funnel tracking metrics
- Site Maintenance & QA
- Execute routine backend Shopify tasks including merchandizing updates, product adjustments, collection tagging, and app maintenance
- Flag and fix broken links, images, layout issues, poor UX, or cart issues
What You Bring:
- 1–3 yrs experience in a marketing agency or mid-size e‑commerce brand
- Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of website and PDP best practices
- Basic experience with design tools like Figma
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization tactics
- Meticulous attention to detail—mistyped URLs or mismatched fonts jump out at you.
- Positive, team‑first attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
