Real Estate Cold Caller (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Caller to join our growing real estate investment company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and property owners.
- Identify motivated sellers.
- Build rapport and gather property information.
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Schedule appointments for the Acquisition Team.
- Meet daily/monthly call and lead generation goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Cold Caller.
- Good English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Compensation:
- Base salary + performance bonuses.
