About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional customer service position. Your primary responsibility is ensuring homeowners have an outstanding experience after installation, helping us generate 5-star reviews, activate warranties, collect customer feedback, and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Because you will be speaking directly with U.S. homeowners, excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory. We are looking for someone with little to no detectable language barrier who can communicate confidently, professionally, and naturally.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners following project completion
- Conduct customer satisfaction and NPS surveys
- Request and secure Google reviews from satisfied customers
- Assist homeowners with warranty registration and activation
- Handle customer follow-up calls, texts, and emails
- Resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Update CRM records accurately and thoroughly
- Track review generation, NPS scores, and warranty completion metrics
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams as needed
Requirements
- Near-native English speaking and writing ability
- Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer success, customer service, hospitality, or call center environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable making outbound calls to homeowners daily
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | U.S. Business Hours (EST)
Compensation
- $1,280-$1,760 USD per month
- Approximately 1,792,000-2,464,000 ARS per month
- Performance bonuses available
