Responsibilities:
· Provide pre-sales technical support for industrial IoT product solutions, including intelligent gateways, remote monitoring systems, and cloud-based SCADA.
· Assist the sales team in developing market segments related to industrial automation.
· Conduct training for System Integrators (SI), the sales team, and channel partners on InHand Networks products and solutions.
· Design solution architecture and engage in technical writing for industrial solutions, including crafting solution proposals, technical articles, training materials, etc.
· Collaborate with marketing, product management, R&D, internal IT, and logistics teams.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the company's management.
Qualifications:
· A university degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Industrial Engineering, supplemented with relevant experience.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience and knowledge in industrial automation are highly desirable.
· Proficiency in IP networking; a CCNA certification or higher is a significant asset.
· Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
· Proactive and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
· Fresh graduates demonstrating strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
