We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Recruiting & Talent Operations Coordinator to help us build a strong hiring system and recruit top talent across sales, mortgage, operations, technology, AI, marketing, and support roles.
This is not a basic recruiter role. We are looking for someone who can help create structure, accountability, and recruiting operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and LATAM recruiting channels
- Create and manage recruiting pipelines
- Screen candidates before leadership interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruiting workflow in Monday.com
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations
- Support onboarding coordination
- Track recruiting KPIs and reporting
- Maintain organized hiring documentation
Ideal Candidate
You have experience recruiting for:
- Sales teams
- Inside sales / prospectors / setters / closers
- Customer service
- Operations support
- Technology or technical roles (basic screening)
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting remote LATAM talent
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up
- Strong English (preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, spreadsheets, or Monday.com
- High urgency and accountability
