(Long Form) Video Editor
The Role
We are a fast-growing crypto media company looking for skilled Video Editors to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Producer, you will play a key role in turning raw footage into polished, high-impact crypto content for YouTube and social platforms.
This role is hands-on - you’ll be editing videos daily, experimenting with AI editing tools, fetching and choosing and making sure every cut, caption, and transition is sharp, engaging, and aligned with our brand. You’ll work closely with producers, hosts, and the wider creative team to ensure our content connects with a global crypto audience.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re a detail-oriented storyteller with an understanding of crypto culture, trading, trends and commonly used tools and jargon. You thrive in fast-paced digital media environments, and you’re passionate about YouTube and social content.
You combine technical editing skills with creativity, and you have a keen interest in using AI workflows to move faster and smarter. Most importantly, you understand what makes content pop online - pacing, structure, and visuals that hook attention in the first 3 seconds.
Roles and Responsibilities

Edit video content for YouTube (mainly), TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X, ensuring each piece is native to the platform.

Work closely with an Editor Producer to bring creative concepts to life.

Use and stay ahead of AI-driven editing tools to speed up production.

Add motion graphics, sound design, and subtitles to elevate content.

Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and quality across all content.

Repurpose long-form shows or interviews into short-form, viral-ready clips

Stay up to date with crypto news and use that knowledge to edit with context and relevance

Manage deadlines and deliver edits quickly without sacrificing quality.
