Graphic Designer

Buoy Solutions is looking for a talented and self-sufficient Graphic Designer to join our team and support creative work across print and digital channels. This is a hands-on role for a designer who takes pride in their craft, works well independently, and brings both technical skill and creative instinct to every project.
Please note: This is an English-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
What you'll do
- Produce design assets across both print and digital formats, meeting the appropriate standards for each
- Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the visual direction of client-facing materials
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms, using native tools or third-party scheduling systems
- Support email and newsletter design, with occasional HTML/CSS implementation as needed
- Collaborate with team members while managing your own workload and deadlines independently
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written); C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience — required
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are required
- Solid understanding of vector vs. bitmap workflows and print vs. digital production standards
- Ability to work independently and make sound creative decisions without relying on AI-assisted tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across both print and digital work
- Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, headset, and stable internet
- Quiet, professional environment suitable for taking calls
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
