Marketing Manager

About the Role
WESSCO International is a B2B marketing agency and supplier specializing in creating branded collaborations for the travel and hospitality industries. For over 40 years, we have served as the link between global airlines, hotels, and cruise lines and leading fashion, cosmetic, and consumer brands.
Our NYC-based marketing hub consists of a team of marketers and designers focused on enhancing the travel experience through innovative programs, including physical products, digital content, and brand activations.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help develop and pitch creatively ambitious, multi-platform campaigns. This role is fully remote (NYC preferred) and collaborates closely with teams across NYC, LA, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Athens.
This position plays a key role in both concept development and execution, supporting new business efforts and managing marketing programs from idea through launch.
Responsibilities:
Research
- Identify industry trends that inform brand partner acquisition strategy
- Conduct market and consumer research to understand traveler preferences and customer needs
- Evaluate and prioritize potential brand partners across key categories
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that support product development, campaigns, and proposals
Concept Development & Narrative Strategy
- Lead development of concepts for client proposals and RFP responses
- Build cohesive narratives that connect brand partners, product design, and customer strategy
- Partner with the design team to bring concepts to life visually and experientially
Business Development Support
- Develop integrated marketing campaign concepts in collaboration with brand partners
- Support preparation and delivery of client presentations and proposals
- Contribute to initiatives that drive new business opportunities
Content & Digital Media
- Manage WESSCO’s digital presence, including website, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Develop content across digital, social, and video in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Write and edit copy for presentations, PR materials, and marketing communications
- Support communications related to client engagement, including pre- and post-event outreach
Campaign Execution & Program Management
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, brand partners, and clients
- Coordinate marketing activations across the lifecycle of partnerships
- Manage execution of campaigns, including content, events, and related deliverables
Advertising & External Partnerships
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across trade and industry publications
- Manage relationships with media partners to support brand visibility and lead generation
- Lead award submissions and editorial content to enhance WESSCO’s industry presence
Campaign Performance Tracking
- Measure the performance of marketing programs and campaigns
- Analyze impact on brand partner and client KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve future programs and communications
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (advanced degree such as MBA is a plus)
- 3–8 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital and integrated campaigns
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or CPG preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and presentations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret research and apply insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Work Environment & Benefits
- Full-time, remote role with collaboration across global teams (NYC-based preferred)

Compensation
- Competitive base salary in the range of $90,000 – $100,000
- Bonus opportunity
