About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (BPO experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and goal-oriented Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Nice to Have Experience with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structure Career growth opportunities within sales Ongoing training and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
